Women's Empowerment

• Enhancing their decision making capacity.
Forming women's groups, women's cooperative and women's group network for mutual support.

Poverty Reduction

Activities
• Networking with the Government line agencies.
• Lobbying on behalf of deprived ethnic community for equity and social justice.
• Scholarship for drop out children,
• Promote income generation activities for self-employment.
• Advocacy about property rights of women and against early marriage.
• Start vocational training.
• Promote millennium development goals.

Peace and Reconciliation

Activities
• Work with Maoist combatant.
• Work for peace and reconciliation within the community.
• Trauma counseling.
• Work with internally displaced people

Community Based Disaster Preparedness

Fire, landslides and earthquakes frequently affects different parts of the country and cause huge losses to the people and infrastructure. This problem will be addressed by:
• Disaster preparedness training.
• Forming disaster mitigation committees.
• Networking.
• Emergency relief.
• Awareness campaign.
• Integrate Disaster Mitigation and Management issues with other projects.

HIV/AIDS

Activities
• Networking with Govt. National AIDS council and other NGO's involved in this issue.
• Counseling of HIV/AIDS infected and affected persons.
• Integrate HIV/AIDS issues with other projects.
• Organizing educational campaigns, workshops, meetings and publish articles.
• HIV AIDS awareness campaign
• Community based rehabilitation of HIV/AIDS infected and affected persons.
